Online meeting was held within the framework of the “Family Volunteers” project

The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs continues “Family Volunteers” project. 44 families have joined the project already, which supports the formation of a large voluntary the network of families.

The first online meeting with family volunteers took place on August 21, 2020. 22 families from 21 regions of the country participated in the meeting.

Opening the meeting, Mrs. Aynur Sofiyeva, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children noted that the "Family Volunteers" project contributes to the promotion of our national and spiritual values, a healthy lifestyle, strong family model, the dissemination of positive life stories. Emphasizing the importance of a sensitive approach to the activities of families at risk, the elderly, as well as young people within the project, A. Sofiyeva noted the importance of coordinated work in this direction.

The families who joined the project noted that their activities during the pandemic would continue in the future, and once again demonstrated the commitment of our people to the principles of kindness, humanism and assistance.
