Azerbaijan Child Ambassadors Council, established with the support of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children's Affairs held its next online event on August 20, 2020.
The online event “Karabakh is Azerbaijan” was attended by young children of our servicemen and civilians killed in the battles of April 2016 and July 2020. Then, a video entitled "We say no to terrorism, we want peace and justice" prepared by the Azerbaijan Child Ambassadors Council with the support of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children and AzerTAC News Agency was shown. Participants of the event voiced their demands to the international community on the consequences of Armenia's occupation policy. The participants strongly condemned the destruction of our cultural and historical monuments, the forcible expulsion of our citizens from Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding areas, and the failure of the Armenian to implement international resolutions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The children's speeches also focused on facts forcing more than 350,000 children to live as refugees and IDPs, killing more than 200 children as a result of the conflict, hundreds of children losing parents and health as a result of Armenian aggression.
During the meeting, participants were informed about the picsArt editing program that allows to access photos and information controlled by Armenians.
