The UN General Assembly has adopted a resolution designating June 20 as World Refugee Day. According to the United Nations, there are currently 80 million refugees in the world. As a result of Armenia's military aggression against Azerbaijan, about one million Azerbaijani citizens have been expelled from their homes in 30 years.

In our country, the social problems of refugees are solved at a high level by the state. Our state has taken the necessary measures to meet all the needs of refugees and internally displaced persons. Today, the state is taking important measures for the sustainable settlement of IDPs and the transformation of the liberated territories into one of the most prosperous areas.
